At Ontario Arbitration Course, our mission is to teach skills and open the doors to work and careers in arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution with a main focus on Ontario Canada. Arbitration is the primary international dispute resolution method and we do present a comprehensive look at the world of arbitration.

We take a personalized approach to education with a highly interactive course where everyone is encouraged to express themselves and get their questions answered as fully as necessary. Our students receive ADR Institute accreditation and certification and lawyers and paralegals in Ontario receive all the CPD hours needed for the year.

Murray Miskin has been an Ontario lawyer since 1981 and has been training arbitrators since 1985. He has a wealth of experience to share from court, arbitration and mediation. With co-instructor Dana Hirsh, an Ontario lawyer, mediator and arbitrator students receive a very thorough and enjoyable education in alternative dispute resolution
